How do I know if I need a roof repair or a full replacement?▸
It depends on the extent of the damage and the age of the roof. A single leak or a small area of damaged shingles is usually a repair. Widespread wear, multiple leak points, or an aging roof nearing the end of its lifespan usually points to full replacement. We'll give you a straight answer after inspecting it.
How long does a roof typically last?▸
It depends on the material — asphalt shingle roofs commonly last 20-30 years, while other materials can last longer. Age alone isn't the only factor; condition and maintenance history matter too.
